Born in 1964,  Tripunithura. (Kerala).

Academic Qualification    B.A.  (History) Kerala University.   1987 Certificate Course from Gandhi Smaraka Nidhi on “Terracotta  Art & Pottery”.  1988 Certificate Course from CVPI on “Ceramics & Terracotta” in the year.

Experience    About 30 years of dedicated services in the field of traditional terracotta pottery and sculpturing. Developing and maintaining the art continuously under the roof of ‘Terracrafts' own studio.

Honors and Achievements    State Award 2008 & 2016 for creative sculpture, from the Kerala Lalitha Kala Academy. Appreciation/commendation from Indira Gandhi Memorial Trust, Delhi for the outstanding performance in the field. 1994.   Special Invitee in the World Expo “Shanghai”, China to decorate Indian Pavilion with terracotta Murals. 2010.   Established a full-fledged SSI unit exclusively for nurturing the Traditional & contemporary art of terracotta’ in the State. (About 20 families are finding their livelihood under this unit.).

Social activities    Actively involved in the upliftment of the Potters community in their hereditary pottery art, particularly in designing and training all over India.   An active member for the development of the common Society in all spheres of the locality.State Secretary of KMSS, an association representing the Potters Community in the State of Kerala.
